Cannot log in to sync and backup

 Try to login to webroot sync and backup and message states the user e-mail or password is invalid
Hello JOWHIP , Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum.

 

The email / password for B&S should be the same as your account. This happen to me awhile back and Webroot Support sorted it for me.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

 

Before submitting a ticket, as Dave has rightly suggested, please try re-booting first and then trying to login to B&S. You can use the "sign-in as a different user" button to do this (but use same email/password as before). This worked for me when I had this happen. If you still can't login after reboot then please submit a trouble ticket.
