Hello. I first used webroot in 2012 if i remember correctly. I paid for it when I bought the computer but it came pre-installed. I used it for a year and when it expired I wanted to renew but buying a new key-code was much cheaper than renewing my old keycode. I am a novice use and dont use most features so i didn't know about the web console. First time i messed up with the setting was when my subscription was expiring so when I bought the new kecode I also made  a webconsole account and I saw that my prenious keycode was used to protect 5 other computers!!!!! the store sold propably the same code to 5 other people or he used it to protect some other machines...  I must have looked pretty stupid to the store owner... i am not that noob. I found out eventually. Anyway the store is now closed and this is to the past. So I bought a new keycode and made a web console account. That one expired too and I did not renew nor bought another keycode due to financial problems. I've been using avira. Yesterday i decided to rebuy webroot and took a trial account which I plan to buy  in a few days. I used the same email account that I was using 2 years ago with my old keycodes and i found a 'console' which had my old keycodes. Is there a way to delete these? I believe it is causing problems with the password manager which doesnot work. And I had great difficulty loging in to the console , it kept asking me to reset password and security word. And when it logs in it is loged to the old 'console' with the expired keycodes. Is there a way to delete these console and never see again those keycodes? And why can't I use the password manager. It says unknownemail all the time
on  my web console i get this message on password manager

Hi Genovezos

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As the Password Manager and the online console as controlled in the Webroot Cloud, something that we volunteers have no access to I would follow the advice given and Open a Support Ticket, and you can include a link to this thready to avoid you having to rekey all the information already provided.

Please keep us posted on what they come back to you with on this.

Regards, Baldrick
I'll give it a try. thx.
