does it work? I've sent multiple messages more than 24 hours ago, no reply. Also is it possible to completly delete old 'console' which has previous expired codes in it? It's causing me troubles with the log in and the password manager which can't be used and says contact support.  
a. Yes it does

b. Don't send multiple tickets as that keeps putting you at the back of the line. Just send the one and let them get to you before you put in another one.
