I don't believe Webroot is setup to remove duplicate files. I have never seen it.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

 

I recommend Ccleaner. It has a Duplicate Finder feature (Tools/Duplicate Finder) as well as many other useful tools. Just be careful and know what you're doing before proceeding and be sure to backup your registry before making any changes to that with the registry cleaner. dupeGuru is also a good duplicate finder and has specialized versions for photos and music.
