Every time I open my screen there is an offer to install window 10 blocking out my desktop. I have no intentions of using Window 10 and would like to get rid of it, but there is no way to do this. This is a harassment.

Hi Senora
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Yes, this seems to be a problem and getting worse as the date for the expiry of the free upgrade approaches.
Have you taken a look and tried what is detailed in this MS Article?
In addition you can also Google "how to block windows 10 update notification" and that will bring up a number of further options as to how to deal with this notification.
Hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick

I have no plans on installing Win 10 as I am happy with Win 7. The constant reminders dont bother me as I just ignore them. Since I dont want Win 8 or 10 and am quite happy with Win 7, will the sky fall and will the Sun suddenly dim if I dont install the 8 or 10 ? Just curious.
