I am writing because the Secure Anywhere program on my computer, and the icon on my computer, both say that my subscription is expired. However, when I check my Web Console, it says I have 28 days remaining. Can anyone help?

If you were to renew, would your renewal be directly through Webroot or is your copy a Best Buy Subsription Software version?
But don't worry about not being protected because you are protected for 30 days after expiration.
If you were to renew directly through Webroot, you should submit a Trouble Ticket with Webroot Support to take a look.
If it's Best Buy then contact them here or call 1-.800.Geeksquad.
