I am afraid that chatting re. support questions via the Community Forums is not possible. However, you can talk/chat to the Webroot Support Team about issues but reaching them over the phone is only possible during business hours Monday to Friday, and that can take a while.
So the best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticket, to let them know of your issue and to advise them that you would like to discuss it with them. They can assess the situation and either offer advice directly via the ticket and/or set up remote access/a chat with you on the subject.
Either way it is you best approach.
