Hello SCR, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
If you renewed through the Webroot Renewals and Upgrades or BestBuy using existing keycode, then it will go through automatically, also see for possible solution.
Were you using the same, that is, Webroot or BestBuy license previously, as they are not interchangable (and if different a clean install would be needed). Usual renewal wouldn't generate a new keycode, and it may be you mean that you purchased a new keycode?.
Please try this:
1. In My Account (on Interface)click gearcog, then enter the keycode in the box, and click Activate. Then Reboot immediately , and see if that helps.
It may be best to contact Support : Submit a Support Ticket or GeekSquad/BestBuy Support if this issue then persists.
Let us know if you have info or questions, or need instructions etc. Thanks.
