Hello my name is Terry. I need help with the numeric mouse  keys on my PC. The # 5 = enter is not working on the internet. It is extremely important for my son to be able to use it. He uses a headpointer to type. I hope someone can help us. Thank you very much.

I recommend contacting Webroot support. You can either submit a support ticket online or call them:

 

Call 1-866-612-4227

M-F 7am?6pm MT

 

They may just need to whitelist some files in relation to your software.

 

Please let us know when they have responded and what they say.
