I had to change my email address (spammers jamming my mailbox) but I cannot change the address in my account. I read a faq that said I have to create a new account and re enter everything - that seems excessive - any help would be appreciated.

You will have to issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can change this for you.We are only Volunteers here and this needs to be done by the Support Team.
