how doi get to my response from tech support?

If you have opened a support ticket then you should await contact from the Support Team. Do not update your ticket with a further enquiry until they have answered as that will send your ticket to the back of the queue.

Thanks Baldrick,I was able to do that.Tech support resolved all the issues I was having with my password manager over this past weekend.They even downloaded two links for me to restore my webroot toolbar filter icon as well as the password manager icon for chrome.Both worked just great saving me alot of grief!
