I have my new CD in Windows 10, but the installation screen will not come up.  How do I install this without Webroot constantly reminding me to renew.  I have 2 days left on my former subscription.

Do you use the Password Manager? You should save them as you will lose them once you install the new keycode.

If I may just add to the advice provided by Daniel...that alternatively, if you are unable to save them or do not know how to you can Open a Support Ticket, providing the Support Team with both old & new keycode & your email address and ask them to transfer you password data held in the Cloud from old to new keycode/subscription.

 

You have 30 days in which to do that before the data held against your old keycode is irretrievably lost.

Woohoo! Thanks, Daniel. This worked well, but the new Webroot is a little different from my previous version. Will have to play with it a little to see how this goes.
