How do I put my webroot secure anywhere on 2d computer

Yes you must remove the older Webroot Product before installing WSA: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-Legacy-Products-2011-and/Uninstalling-older-Webroot-Software/ta-p/56183 since you posted in the WSA-ISP section your keycode should be good for 3PC's or Mac's? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare

If I may step in here, I do think that a Trouble Ticket is required.  I believe that the key code type has changed, so your old Spy Sweeper key code, even if days remain on it, is not valid for the current product line.  Support can hook you up with the replacement products 🙂
