I purchased for 3 devices, now how do I get it onto the other 2?

I am admittedly not a Nook user, so I am not familiar with the state of things as far as what version of Android it may be using, nor if you have full access to the Google Play store. If you DO have access to Google Play, see this KB Article for help as to which download to use.
As for the laptop, simply use the appropriate download link below in my signature.
In both cases have your key code handy :)
