I recently installed Webroot and afterward was unable to access a website that requires the geographic location of my laptop.

Any ideas?  Thanks.
Hi Gerjoe

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Well, I have not heard of that one before. If you are sure that it is WSA causing the issue (have you tried temporsrily shutting down protection to confirm this?) you should Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of the issue so that they can investigate it for you.

However, if running Windows 10, are you sure that you may not have inadvertently turned off the location support function therein? This can be done in Windows 10 and younshould check in Settings > Privacy > Location that one of the relevant settings is not off, etc.

Not sure if that is of any help but please keep us posted on your progress as I for one am intrigued by this issue, and feedback would be welcome.

Regards, Baldrick
