How to get computer which already has Webroot to appear in a newly created console?
I have been using Webroot for several months but just now got around to creating a console. The console shows no machines active, but I have one active machine. How do I get that one active machine to appear in the console? Do I have to reinstall the software?

Do a couple of scans and wait 30 to 45 minutes and it should show on the Online Console and I assume you put the keycode on there as well.
