How to get Webroot to scan both C and D drives as before reinstallation
only scans main C drive and does not scan D drive partition on C drve any more. How can I set it to scan both C and D drives?

Welcome to the Community Forum,
Just locate the drive you are interested in under Computer in the Start Menu, right click on it and select Scan with Webroot. Did Webroot scan the D drive before?
Unfortunately there is no way at present to make WSA by default scan another drive a part from the C: drive/the drive that your OSis installed on. If you are asking about the D partician being your OS partitcian.
