Rather than renewing my webroot online I saved money buy purchasing another CD from Sam's club. Do I have to uninstall the old webroot before installing from CD? Each time I try to open the CD software my existing/expiring webroot opens. Help??

No just enter the new Keycode and it will do a scan and then your all set for another year! http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm also the CD is not necessary you can always download a fresh copy here:

+56One thing I forgot you are using WSA-ISP may I ask what the new version is? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare Also by not renewing and using a new keycode you will lose all your Passwords from the Password Manager so if you were using it please Submit a Support Ticket and they can transfer the Passwords to the new keycode if you didn't use the Password Manager then there are no issues.
