I am trying to install Incredimail on my laptop.  Webroot won't let me!  How can I override??
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Are you getting Incredimail here?  http://www.incredimail.com/english/download/ Other download sites add PUA's that's why it's being Blocked please see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 how about looking at Thunderbird as an Email Client? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/

Thanks so much for trying to help, but even with your recommended site, it failed.
Well fooey - I really like Incredimail. I don't like the look of Thunderbird, so won't be installing it.  I'm frustrated that there isn't a simple way to make Webroot allow me to install a program that I want.  I really appreciate you trying to help though!
I have fixed a few items on our backend, can you try the following link again please?
