I bought Webroot only last week. Why does it say it only has 172 left in my subscription?
I bought Webroot SecureAnywehre - Internet Security last week and installed it three days ago. However, it only says I have 172 days left in my subscription. Why is not the full year subscription?

+56It looks like your subscription is from Best Buy - it probably was only a 6 month subscription to begin with. You can contact them to confirm that and see if you have the correct purchase.
