After calling Webroot Tech. support it was suggested to remove and re-install as well as romove chrome and re-install it also however I still cannot get the extension to show up
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

 

Go here and drag the files into the open Chrome Browser! Note: It's a hidden Folder.
