Can you please uninstall Adobe Shockwave and reboot and go here and download and install the latest version  http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/otherversions/

Be sure to uncheck any Unwanted add-ons if offered during install.

 

You can find FlashPlayer in the Control Panel. Programs
