I get a message that I have unresolved issues from scans, but I see no option on how to resolve them.  It gives me no option.to resolves the issues.  What do I do.

Welcome to the Community.

 

I would recommend that you run a further, manual scan, and once that is completed take a look in Quarantine (gear/cog to right of PC Security > Quarantine tab) to see if anything has been put there as a result of the scans.

 

POst back to let us kn ow what you find as a result of the scan & the review of Quarantine.
