I have a message that GINNY PC is infected.  I don''t know if that is my old computer that has been distroyed or if it is my IPad.  I thought I had listed my IPad but it is not showing.

Also, I just renewed with Webroot and I think I got the wrong renewal.  I only have my desktop, laptop, and Ipad...no other devices and I think I paid for many more.  Who can I speak to regarding this?
Hi 1ginny2

Welcome to the Community Forums.

In terms of the GINNY PC infected message, what does the local version of WSA say...is the application panel Green with a large Tick displayed? If so then it may be that this is referring to a prior infection now since passed or dealt with? To check you should go into your online console (HERE) and check all instances of the devices that you have registered, getting rid of those that are duplicates or which you no longer wish to have covered. Hopefully that way you can work out which GINNYPC is being referred to.

In terms of the renewal did you make any changes as part of the renewal as usually the renewal is a new period as a like for the previous period/subscription. You can check how many devices you are registered for via the online console. From any page once logged in just click on your email address displayed in the top right hand corner of the page, click on 'Manage keycodes' and that should open up a new page displaying the details of your subscription including the number of devices covered.

If you need to contact Webroot to ask them about this or to try to correct a 'wrong' renewal then pelase take a look at the contact option HERE.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
