I had a change in credit card information, due to security breaches.   I have downloaded the latest of the product today and ran the download.   My account shows this still as expired, although my PC shows as protected.  Is my PC still protected?  How can my renew my account?

If your account shows as still expired, but your PC shows as protected, then you are still protected?  Webroot have a grace period between expiry and termination of protection specifically to cater for this sort of thing.  In terms of what to do next I would Open a Support Ticket explaining the circumstances/what has happened and ask the Support Team to check as to the status of your account and if necessary make sure that it is active/linked to you keycode/registration email address, etc.

 

This is something that can only be done in the back office system which we in the Community have no access to.

I will try that.  I did call the Geek Squad and they said in about 24 hours that I should get an automatic download.
