Hi Tandaparker
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Just to add to what Sherry posted...access to Password Manager works with the same credentials (email address & password) as one uses for access to your Webroot Console (can access it from here).
If access your Webroot Console but cannot remember the password used in conjunction with your registration email address, then you can click on 'Can't login' which is displayed just under the password entry field and that will take you to another panel where you can reset your password (just click on the 'I forgot my Password' option, and follow the prompts).
Hopefully that will provide you with a new password that you can then use to access BOTH your Webroot Console AND the Password Manager, which will then give you access to all the site access credentials that you have saved previously.
Hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick
