I need to know where to find the Protect Clipboard Data option and directions on how to change this.

Since I installed Webroot I can't copy and past and I found this article which stated disabling the Protect Clipboard Data option and allowing some programs and then enabling it again corrected his problem. How do I find the Protect Clipboard Data option and I need instructions on how to do the above please.

I found the answer. It's in Identity Protection Settings. Once I approved certain programs I was able to copy and past again.
