    May I ask if this is a from Webroot or Best Buy? And that this is the first time you have installed Webroot?

    It looks like it was the 6 month subscription you get with a new device at Best Buy, so the numbers look correct.  It was activated on 12/15/14, which is when I'm assuming you bought your computer?
