I have received several calls from windows groups telling me that bad stuff in getttng into my system from outside. They content that my carriers firewall are not sufficient to stop this intrusion.
My current Webroot does not seem to have any effect on this. I have very slow boot-up and poor computer performance espoeically on my new HP. Any suggestions?

Hello bkeith34,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Have a look here concerning PUAS
If you have any new or unfamiliar add on extentions then please remove them.
I take it that you have done a scan of Webroot. Then the blue screen can be aa few different things but I'm guessing its PUAs. OR:
I just want to ask an additional question here...for clarification? Have you recently installed or started using WSA? And if so have the Bluse screens or BSODs (as they are known) started happening after this or not. It is important to know this and understand as to whether WSA could be the cause or not.
If they have started happening since installing WSA then please try this for us; an unistall/clean instal, which you do as follows::
Please Submit a Support Ticket for they can gather some logs and tell you what's going on.
Kind Regards,

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
