if I have webroot why am I still getting pop up and what is java?

Why do i get pop ups if I have webroot isnt this suppose to stop that?

    Would like to refer to this post here for it contains the updated versions of java..which you should update.
     
    No Webroot does not stop all popups and here's an explantion PUAs
     
    Depending what Browser you are using you can install a Popup blocker to your Browser that will help?
     
    May I ask what Browser you are using and I can recommend a pop up blocker!
