In the console, I am unable to manage passwords because it says my keycode has now expired.  I have entered a new keycode with my new product, but it still won't let me use this feature.  Webroot support tells me to call them, but I can't be on hold for well over 30 minutes because my husband is handicapped and I simply can't be on the phone for this length of time (no speakerphone).  How can I access the passwords?  Does this feature not come with my version of Webroot (Internet Security Plus)???  I would like to solve this problem.
Hi jancookz

In relation to the Password Manager, 'Yes' the feature is part of Internet Security Plus...BUT...moving to a new keycode will mean that you can no longer access your data stored against the old keycode...this is because the password data held in the Cloud is keyed on, amongst other things, the keycode for the account. So if this is the case you will need to Open a Support Ticket and ask the Support Team to transfer the data from current to new keycode, once you have activated the latter...you have about 30 days to do that before the data is deleted.

Hope that helps?

Thanks, Baldrick.  I can't get through to Webroot support by phone, since I can't stay on hold for such a long time.  Isn't there any other way I can solve this?
Sure, as I said in my previous post you should Open a Support Ticket and ask the Support Team to transfer the data from current to new keycode, once you have activated the latter...you have about 30 days to do that before the data is deleted.

The ticketing system is manned 24/7 and so hopefully you will get though to them that way and then you can respond to their response as and when convenient...no need to hand on to a phone.

I personally have never spoken to Webroot on the phone...ahve always used the ticketing system and they are usually very responsive.
