I did it, but no solution provided until now.
Tech support says this is may be due to the video card on my PC, and that I'm the only one in the world having this problem. But in fact:
- my pc was running perfectly together with WSA until your autoupdate of beginning of january
- Even at this moment my pc is running perfectly .. without WSA installed. If I try to reinstall WSA, he does it, but then he blocks at the first successive reboot
- looking into the forum it seems I'm not the only one experiencing problems between Win 7 and WSA after the last build of WSA has been released.

Please try restarting explorer.exe manually using the information in this article:

Sorry to hear this lucam,
EDITED: Looks like JP has helped you here. Thanks JP!
That's all I can tell you is to Contact Support because I am just a Webroot Volunteer that helps others with Webroot.
Support has helped others with similar issues and we usually advise a uninstall/clean reinstall of Webroot.
@ are you available?
Sorry I cannot help you more.

Thank you JP, but my problem is not "how to restart windows explorer".
My problem is that after the last automatic update of WSA, at the beginning of january, my PC was not able to reboot.
I recovered the control of my pc trough a fresh reinstall of Win 7, but now every time I try to reinstall WSA i get the same problem: installation is successful but at the successive reboot the system blocks during the launch of Windows (even in Safe mode).
Only way to recover is going back to a restore point precedent to WSA installation
Thank you for your interest. Hoping your guys are going to find a solution. I have been running WSA for long time and I don't want to switch.
