Loading web pages has became very slow since I replaced Norton 360with Webroot. Is there anything I can do to get my speed back up? I actually have sites timing out now that use to load immediately.

Hello Gilted, welcome to the Community!
While that kind of slow down is really rather rare, it has happened here and there. Usually doing a few simple things can resolve the problem.
The first is simply to make sure your devices have a good connection to the internet. I have found that a 'weak WiFi' signal can cause a more pronounced slowdown when WSA is installed. Test that router and make sure it is working at it's best and check the signal strength where you actually have the computer. You might want to consider moving the router or using a range extender to help provide a better signal.
WSA does not contain an adblocker, though I THINK Norton does. The time spent loading the ads might explain some of the slow down as well. Take a look at the utilities mentioned by TripleHelix HERE. I did and the results have been VERY satisifactory.
Finally, you can also try a "clean install" of WSA. Sometimes things just don't install quite right. Since the uninstall is instant and as you know the download is under 1 Mb, this is a LOT faster and easier to do than with other AV solutions. Simply do the following:

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

You may also try to uninstall any remaining Norton files using the Norton Removal Tool
