and one more question : usually how long need for add to database when we submit a malware ?

The email address is not included in in the interface that we actually view and research file submissions. Due to the volume of submission we receive we would be unable to respond to every submission anyway. If you require a response, you would need to submit a support ticket. Submissions are researched as they come in, and malicious files will typically be classified within a couple of hours.

about submit a ticket , it is a slow process  i think ! , because i submit a support ticket about 8-9 hours ago ... but yet i dont give any answers ! 

 

and 1 more question 😃 can i send the malwares with my own ip ? ( I'm from Iran ) , webroot no problem with that ? ( beacuse symantec is an american company and not support iranian people ! )

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

You could try a direct send via THIS SITE provided by Webroot for just that purpose...whether it will discriminate against you because of your geographic location...thart I cannot tell. Just give it a try and all will be revealed. ;)
