May I ask as to where you purchased your version of WSA? Was it via Best Buy/The Geek Squad or from Webroot or some other 3rd party retailer?
Also would you advise as to what you mean by 'deactivated'? Would you be able to describe exactly what is indicating that this is the case? Anythig you can provide in response to the above will greatly assist us in trying to assist you.
