Helo secluded,

Wecome to the Community,

You can check out the Webroot view of a site's current threat, content & reputation analysis by going to this BrightCloud webpage...this is what the Web Threat Shield's actions are based on.

And also on that site there are options to request categorisation & reputation changes if you believe that these are incorrect for a web site.

You can also Check the User Guide Firewall Setting
 EDIT:
These could also be a False positive where you can Contact Support and they can white list these for you.

Beat Regards,

Hello secluded!

Can I start over here and ask you some questions with prertaining to this issue.

Do you get any errors or is the site blocking you? Would you be able to provide me with some more information..please?

Thanks,

Baldrick

Hi secluded

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Just to add to what Sherry has advised, if I may be as so bold, you should be able to move through the blocking page; if you look in the bottom lefthand corner of that page you should see a button labelled ''Unblock & Proceed"...or words to that effect (my memory fails me at the moment as to the exact words...:)), and that should allow you to proceed with the transaction BUT you should only use this option if you are certain that the website that you are trying to access is legitimate/safe...otherwise Do NOT.

If you do proceed then the unblocking of the site by you will whitelist (record the unblock) it on your system so that future use whoudl not cause the same isse AND it will also notify the Webroot Threat researcher of the override so that they can look into why such an override has occurred, i.e., was this because of a potential false positive/incorrect determination of the site.

Hope that the above assists?

Regards, Baldrick
