Have you been able to use the Password Manger before now or is this your first time trying to use Password Manager?

 

What exact version of WSA do you have? The versions are:

  • WSA-Gamers Edition
  • WSA-Internet Security Plus
  • WSA-Complete
  • WSA Best Buy Subscription Software version
