Renewed subscription and optimizer will not erase internet history.

WHich version of WSA are you running; the Best Buy version or the standard Webroot version?

 

The reason I ask is because you have posted in the Internet Security Plus forum and the standard version of WSA does not include the System Optimizer. However, the Best Buy version does so I will assume that you are running that version.

 

If that is the case then can you advise as to which 'internet history' you are referring to as to my knowledge the System Optimizer will erase IE's history & Chrome's cache files but it does not yet handle those for the new Edge browser, so if that is the 'internet history' that you are referring to then that is quite normal.

 

Otherwise, you should check via 'Advanced Settings' > 'System Optimizer' as to what data elements are checked/ticked for inclusion in a run...this may have been reset for some reason.
