I recently replaced my computer with a new Windows 10 computer with Secure Anywhere installed. (also have a network w/router). Everything is up and running but I can't purchase items from websites, that I previously purchased from, using my iPad now. I can't get to the payment page of the website when I checkout. Wondering if it is a setting in Webroot that I need to adjust?

I haven't heard of any settings that have to be configured in the SecureWeb Browser for iOS, but its best for me to leave it to our Support Team. They're the ones that can tell you if we're interfering. Please feel free to reach out to them directly at your own convenience!
