My e-mail will not print, I get a message that says that the secure setting will not let it print or download.

Can you check here while trying to print to see if anything is under Monitored: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C10_SystemControl/CH10b_ControllingProcesses.htm and here if anything is under Deny: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtectedApps.htm if not please Submit a Support Ticket and they can look into it for you and can you please post back with the results as it could help other users and members.

Go to Devices, remove everything with a wifi link, except your PC, than shut down, restart, plug in printer with usb and let it do the work for u!
