My Password Manager no longer maintains a connection to the server. Sites are not saved, and I can't always log on to sites, because passwords cannot be retrieved.

This is in Chrome and IE. Password manager does not work at all in Firefox, and is not only disabled, but removed from view altogether, and cannot be re-installed.

So, I've gone from Password manager not working in Firefox, to Password manager not functioning correctly in any browser.
