Password manager is not accepting my login credentials for my online account.

I have an online account but when I go to login it tells me it doesn't recognize the email.  I don't know why and I can log in fine when I'm at webroot.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
One needs to have have the Permissions to Allow set on the Password Manager section on the Web Console.  So please see  or Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to check and make sure all the Permissions are set to Allow.
