I renewed several weeks before expiriation.  The password manager worked fine until today.  When I logged in I recd message that account was inactivated.  I have tried numerous times to activate in the webroot module.  I tried uninstalling the password manager. Nothing has worked.

You have to Contact Support so that they can transfer your Passwords to the new account. This happens when you renew with a new keycode. So submit that ticket ASAP if this is the case.
