Preparing For Windows 8.1 - Lost EMail
I am preparing to get a new maching and have had the same email address for years. I even checked to see if it was registered under my motherinlaw's email and had no luck with that as it is protecting her machine as well. I show my subscription as active and wonder where I can find my email that I registered with so I can add tha antivirus and make sure it is interfacing correctly with 8.1. Any thoughts would be helpful - I still have my keycode and serial number.

Your reference to "serial number" makes me think you might have a Best Buy Subscription Software copy: would this guess be correct? (As far as I know only Best Buy Subscription uses both a key code and a serial number: standard versions use only a key code.)
