Ran the System Analyzer which shows 1 infection identified
I ran the System Analyzer for the first time as I have been having computer problems and it indicated that I have 1 infection identified: PUA.Adware.Otopia. Can you tell me what I need to do? I have also been running extra scans on Webroot as I have had "threats" show up a couple of times. The scans are taking 1-2 hours, is this normal? And do I need to activate these scans or will Webroot automatically do these? I am obviously technically challenged!

Please create a support ticket and let Webroot help you to get that adware removed. They can also check your computer and make sure there is nothing else strange goign on with it.
