Hi,
I bought Webroot Secure/Anywhere Internet Security Plus. I followed all the instructions to register and my computer keeps on saying Log in failed. I don't know why and I've tried it for 3 times and still the same computer response -- Log in failed. This happens when I try to create an account. I'm so frustrated. Can someone help me?

I am not quite sure at what stage you are at re. the registrtation process (difficult deducing it from what you have provided so far) but below are a few things to check so we can try to either fix this or know how to fix this.
2. Is it expired or does it show active and valid?
If the key code IS indeed listed, and is not expired, lets try to do a copy/paste:

- Please log into the Account Console
- Click your email address at the upper right
- Select Manage Key Codes on the drop down
2. Is it expired or does it show active and valid?
If the key code IS indeed listed, and is not expired, lets try to do a copy/paste:
- Select/highlight and copy the key code.
- Open WSA
- Click the gear tool next to My Account
- Paste the key code into the white box
- Click Activate
