Hi i purchased Webroot Internet Security Advanced Security for PC, MAC and Mobile devices back on 9/16/14. I have original reciept but I have to reinstall and do not have the key code. Is there someone that can help me with this?

If that Serial Number on the reciept begins with WBR  that would be a Best Buy purchase, yes?

 

You can get your key code a couple of ways.

 

1) log into your Account Console if you have set it up


  • Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right corner
  • select Manage Key Codes from the drop down
  • Your key codes should now be listed.
2) Call 1800-GEEK-SQUAD


  • Only Best Buy / Geek Squad use a Serial Number that begins with WBR on the reciept.
  • They can look up your subscription and key code from that Serial Number

you can request your keycode or installation instructions to be emailed to you, click here to fill out the request form.



If you purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere from Best Buy, click here to access the latest download. Or contact Best Buy Assurance at 1-800-433-5778 to request your keycode.
