Hi,

I clicked on the Renew Now button, and followed the propmts to purchase my renewal.  I got a different keycod than the one I had and now I am having trouble activating the software.

How can I resolve this without having to pay for it again? This is the second time for me in the past couple months.

If in the US you should call 1-866-612-4268 or if in the UK then +44 (0) 870 141 7070 and let Webroot Sakes Team know what has happened. Hopefully they can clarify the situation and help remedy it for you.
