Sorry to hear you are having trouble. The phone support does take abit longer when busy.

 

Do you have a new keycode with your renewal? Is Webroot installed already?

 

If so please activate it as follows:

 

Open WSA PC interface. Click on gear next to My Account, enter key code and click Activate.

If you have Password Manager you will need to Contact Support by submitting a support

ticket.so that they can transfer your Passwords to the new keycode.
