The .js file would not be detected, but they malicious payload that would be downloaded if you were to run the .js file should be detected.

Thanks Dan. I did launch the .js file to determine if Webroot would catch it before zepto took over. Unfortunately webroot did nothing and all documents got encrypted. Fortunately this was on a test laptop, so I just did a system reset and am back in business.
Ugh. If you still happen to have the .js file please submit it. You can do so through WSA Under Utilities | Reports | Submit files - or you can just go to http://snup.webrootcloudav.com/SkyStoreFileUploader/upload.aspx and we can make sure we get the payload added.
